„Astăzi chipul acestui grandios şi controversat personaj este recunoscut cel mai probabil în toate colțurile lumii , precum chipul lui Iisus sau Dumne zeu în imaginația bogată a fiecaruia dintre noi..., desigur faptul că , recunoastem chipurile unor personalități legendare sau fictive, imaginare...n-ar fi de ajuns pentru a ne exprima în conformitate cu anumite aspecte.Norocul face că Vlad Țepes este confirmat de izvoarele istorice, iar existența şi faptele lui au la bază argumente solide care se regăsesc şi astazi prin societate, cel puțin ca repere şi modele demne de urmat ,pentru cei drepți şi cu adevarat corecți.
Cădea un imperiu , Imperiul Bizantin şi se ridică un altul , Imperiul Otoman pe ruinele lui când, la doar 17 ani, urcă pentru prima oară pe tronul Țării Româneşti , Vlad Țepes.
Caracter călit în condiții vitrege , a trebuit să-şi întărească mai întâi autoritatea domnească pentru a putea străjui la porțile Orientului , pe Dunare.
Singur , înconjurat de ipocriți şi trădători sub o permanentă amenințare , a fost nevoit să răspundă la forță cu şi mai multă forță , potențată de o inteligență diabolică şi de o voință de fier.
Analizând faptele istorice ale acestui brav şi controversat luptător în numele dreptății , m-am întrebat cum ar fi putut arăta un zâmbet pe chipul acestui crud voievod.
Am studiat mai multe documente şi cărți referitoare la acest personaj legendar pentru a-i surprinde profilul psihologic.În gravuri pe lemn sau în picturi realizate de maeştri necunoscuți , în criptoportrete defaimatoare sau în medalion , imaginea voievodului cu ochii verzi şi fioroşi este dură şi neinduplecată.
Eu mi-am propus să arăt chipul Dragonului luminat de zâmbet , unul sadic , desigur , fiindcă tocmai reuşise incendierea unei tabere de otomani care-i invadaseră țărişoara.

„Today the face of this grandiose and controversial character is most likely recognized in all corners of the world, such as the image of Jesus or God in the rich imagination of each of us ... of course,the fact that we recognize the faces of legendary or fictitious,imaginary personalities would not be enough to express ourselves to certain aspects.. It would not be enough to express ourselves according to certain aspects. Fortunately Vlad Tepes is confirmed by the historical sources, his existence and his deeds are based on solid arguments that are still found today through society,at least as landmarks and worthy models to follow,for righteous and truly correct people.
It was falling an empire,the Byzantine Empire,and another one was rising on its ruins,the Ottoman Empire,when,at the age of 17,Vlad Tepes was sitting for the first time on the throne of Wallachia.
A character of great quality, had to first strengthen its rule of authority in order to be able to stand guard at the gates of the East on the Danube.
Alone, surrounded by hypocrites and traitors under a permanent threat, he had to respond to force with even more force, propelled by a diabolical intelligence and an iron will.
Analyzing the historical facts of this brave and controversial fighter in the name of justice, I wondered how it could look a smile on the face of this cruel voivode.
I studied several documents and books on this legendary character to capture his psychological profile. In wood engravings or in paintings made by unknown masters, defamatory cripples or medallions, the image of the voivode with green and fierce eyes is tough and uninhibited.
I wanted to show the face of the glowing Dragon, a sadistic one, of course, because he had just managed to burn a camp of Ottomans who had invaded his beloved little country."
